Lesson Books

If you rent/buy from West Music, your child's instrument will come with the book and all other needed supplies.

All students are required to have a copy of “Standard of Excellence” for their instrument.  We will write each student's name inside their front cover.

Percussionists will instead need a copy of “The Performing Percussionist–Book 1”.

Other supplies:

♫  Music stand for home practice

♫  Name tag on instrument case (I have extras on hand)

♫  Trumpet and Trombones: Valve oil

♫  Flutes, Clarinets, Saxes: Cleaning cloths/Swabs

♫  Care Kits (Optional)

I will have extra supplies on hand to purchase the first few weeks of lessons if your child needs any extra supplies!
